How Teacher Planner collects, uses, and protects your personal data

This Privacy Policy explains how Teacher Planner ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our lesson planning service at teacherplanner.ai.
By using Teacher Planner you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider — we never receive your Google password.
Content you create. Planbooks, lessons, units, standards, schedules, and any notes or attachments you add. This content belongs to you.
Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive a customer identifier, the plan purchased, and the transaction status. We never receive or store your full card number.
Usage and device data. Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and operating system. We use this to diagnose faults and improve the product.
Communications. Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
Teacher Planner is a tool for educators. Lesson content you enter may reference students by name or contain other classroom information.
If your school or district requires a data processing agreement, or has obligations under laws such as FERPA, COPPA, or GDPR, contact us at support@teacherplanner.ai before entering student data.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your lesson content for advertising.
We share limited data with providers who help us operate the service:
